Health&Safety

Information related to COVID-19

Please note that international travel to Hungary is currently limited. We are planning to organise the event in a hybrid format (involving speakers online and in-person) and in case international travel is allowed, we will welcome foreign participants in accordance with Hungarian and international measures valid in September-October 2021. We kindly ask you to consider the current roles/restrictions valid in your country before submitting your application.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, AJKC, as event organiser, is responsible to ensure a safe environment with appropriate measures taken. As a part of this, AJKC is entitled to require the showing of immunity certificates of attendees of the live event (YLF and think.BDPST), including immunity cards, either in a printed or online format through QR code that is available in the official application, or the EU Digital COVID Certificate, and inspect the appropriate use of facemasks, social distancing etc. Please kindly note that these may be subject to change due to the rapidly changing circumstances brought about by the pandemic, therefore, we suggest that you visit our webpages, think.bdpst.org and ylf.think.bdpst.org, prior to the event to learn about any changes that might occur regarding on-site health and safety measures. We kindly ask you to consider the above requirements before submitting your application, as we will be unable to host you in the absence of the above document.

Further information on the Health&Safety measures put in place during the event will be available later.

For further information, please contact: ylf@think.bdpst.org.
